According to Law no 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, amended the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

The Convention on the “Terms and Conditions of Service provided by case: making web pages, advertising or hosting” sets out the conditions under which any person or company may visit / access (provided by SC Play Solutions Ltd. hereinafter called “the supplier”) in order to visit or buy services is (hereinafter “user or client”).

Purpose of data collection is offered to current service provision and web domain registration on behalf of clients and in accordance with orders.

Everyone has the right to object, free of charge and without any justification, to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes. According to Law no. 677/2001, have the right to access, the data, the right not to be subject to individual decisions and the right to go to court. 1 Policy content

It is also forbidden to use our servers solely as a storage medium (exp. Movies, mp3, pictures, etc.).

Any attempt to harm the server or client is prohibited. Any activity that affects the proper functioning of the shared hosting server (examples include but are not limited to: CPU load than normal, mass mailing, very common SQL queries and / or duration) will be considered abuse and will be appreciated as an attempt to damage to other customers collocated. Consul maximum acceptable sites is 5% CPU, 5% and 1.5% MEM MySQL and processes can consume up to 10% CPU, higher consumption of server can be considered abuse.

3 E-mail

Sending unsolicited commercial messages (SPAM) to promote any site using our servers or third party servers promoting any website hosted by us will result in the suspension or cancellation of customer’s hosting account without refund. Mailing lists may be operated as long as individuals choose to subscribe to receive messages, and publish all messages withdrawal procedure lists.
Each hosting account is limited, so do not allow sending more than 500 sites email- a period of 60 minutes. This policy (restriction) is necessary to protect the quality hosting service. Send bulk emails cause massive consumption of server resources, it having a negative impact on the quality of services received by cliienti. The first violation of this policy will result in immediate suspension of the hosting account.

4 Use of resources

All accounts are monitored for their use of server resources. If an account is using a large amount of server resources we will contact the customer to discuss the issue. If an account is using a large amount of resources (memory, CPU), account may be suspended or script disabled without notice to maintain the smooth running of the server.

Customers can request a package upgrade or temporary resource. The responsibility of the customer to contact us in advance of requiring extra resources to prevent account suspension.

Hosting packages that offer unmetered traffic can not accommodate files larger size of 500 MB, it can be used for streaming radio, videos, file sharing, picture sharing, free hosting services, WordPress MU. Hosting Packages resource space, traffic, or metered areas are for use in limited server resources CPU, MEM, disk; Gadu allowed shared accounts, and limited bandwidth 20 Mb / s.

5 Customer responsibility

Customer is responsible for updating contact information in their billing control panel when necessary. We can not be held responsible for communication mixup as a direct result of the customers failure to update their details.
Customer is responsible for keeping security usernames, passwords and other sensitive information.

6 Liability limited

We are not responsible for damage caused by our servers unavailable, for any reason which causes this. This includes damages resulting from damage or loss of data. Customer agrees to indemnify and us harmless from any claims, damages, including, without limitation, damages caused to third parties arising as a consequence of using the service which damages our client.

The user declares that it understands and agrees that in any situation in which the user will ask any provider damages, the total amount of damages requested by the user for any reason that may be paid by the supplier shall not exceed in any manner and in any case the total amount of fees (taxes) paid by the user to the supplier.

7 Backup

Backups to shared and reseller hosting services are made by us weekly both files, mailboxes and database on an external server and are stored at least 5 days. However we do not offer any guarantee for the integrity of backups. We advise all customers to download their own backups from the control panel from Backup option. VPS and Dedicated Server clients do not receive free backup unless it is included in the offer, and in this case you must ensure that the service regularly backup the server working properly administered.

Licensor is not responsible in any way for hosted data loss due to user actions or because of errors in applications that are not associated with the service. For example, the control panel is not associated with the service is not provided by the supplier, developed and offered by

The service offered by the o average uptime guarantees 99.9% server.
There are exceptions as follows:

Force majeure in which we can have no influence, such as wars, natural disasters, unavailability / interruption of communications, fire, viruses, hackers, and malfunction of a software provided by another source (free scripts, ecommerce software or online payment processor), flood, earthquake, embargoes, actions of legal authorities.

9 programs running in the background

Not allow use of programs that run continuously in the background. Allow programs operate in the background as an extension of the client’s web site, but do not allow the use of special programs designed to operate in the background.

10 Cron Jobs

We do not allow the running of scripts by cronuri set at less than 15 minutes.

11 CGI Scripts

CGI scripts can be used by our clients as a part included in the services provided, but any CGI script specifically designed to adversely affect server performance or network integrity may be closed without notice.

12 Chat Room
We do not allow the use of Chat Rooms each client our servers because of the special requirements of these programs.

13 Installation of additional services

If the script you want to use other software requires activation server, is not required to install those programs, unless they believe that their activation would adversely affect the stability or security of the server. In it go and change some parameters of the software used on servers.

Any request for upgrade to mind (space / traffic / other package) is via email or support ticket at least 24 hours before the change. We assume no liability if it does not upgrade your account and complete site traffic or space. The customer can always check the resources allocated in the control panel – cPanel.

14 Reviews and Announcements reserves the right to send notifications about services and ads from third parties when they can have the benefit of users.

15 Terms of payment and billing

Customer agrees to pay for services in advance of the period in which they are provided.

All invoices will be sent by email and a printable version is available for the client in the control panel. Customers must pay the bill in advance at the beginning of each pay period, within 5 working days from the date of invoice.

Customers who want closure hosting account or any service achizionta must send a notice by email or fax at least five days before the due date, otherwise invoices will be paid for at least a month.

Prices in USD, according to the law all invoices and payments are processed in GBP. For each day of delay in payment by the due date of the invoice extension hosting packages are charged a penalty of 0.5% / day.

If it exceeds 30 days of non-payment and the account is deleted from the server, the client may request reinstatement of the site from a backup older; if this will be possible will be charged an amount of 25euro + VAT service, unless successfully completed recovery site.

16 Extension areas offered free offers

To extend the domain com / net / org / info / us / biz free in a tender offer will be paid the regular fee for the registration of a domain. If you wish to transfer a domain provided free of charge during the first year of registration to another domain registered customer will pay the amount received for free.

17 RULES FOR .ro

Currently registered domains have unlimited shelf life as long as ROTLD will introduce an annual fee.

18 Account Suspension for nonpayment of services

User accounts that have not paid the fees for the service within five days of the issuance of the supplier of the pro-forma invoice will be suspended until payment confirmation or until the date of payment, according to the above. Reactivation accounts will be made only after payment confirmation.

The provider can reopen closed accounts for unpaid charges only after full payment of All amounts payable by the user.
If the domain is suspended or removed for non-payment or waiver of service will redirect the page to a parked domain administrator to modify their DNS servers.
